What they say:
The latest addition to London's Mexican bubble, Corazon will open its doors in November, enticing customers in with exotic smells, delicious margaritas and a range of delicious taco dishes. With head chef Paul Daniel at the helm, the team in the kitchen have created an intriguing selection of taco fillings, including delicious citrus and soy marinated steak, confit duck and home-made green chorizo. To really make it's mark on Soho's dining scene, the Mexican inspired brunch menu, composed of Huevos Benedict and fruit-laden, buttermilk blue corn pancakes, will fill the entire venue with excited diners on the weekends.
What we say:
The brainchild of Laura Sheffield, Corazon certainly has its work cut out if it's going to succeed in an area like Soho. After all, bursting with vibrant life and with a handful of already established Mexican eateries, things certainly won't be easy. That said, we reckon the innovative range of taco fillings, the delicious brunch dishes and the honest, refreshing cocktails will have what it takes. As long as their chefs can continue to let their creative side flourish, things will definitely be heading in the right direction at Corazon.
