The Henrietta restaurant is the latest fine-dining spot to have been opened by the team at the Experimental Group. Sleek from head to toe, the restaurant is based within the Henrietta Hotel and is part of the group's first big venture into the world of hotels. The masterminds have really made a splash by calling up Ollie Dabbous - the same name behind the Michelin-starred Dabbous and Barnyard restaurants - to run things behind the scenes. Promising ingredient-led dishes that each offer a subtle nod to French cuisine, Henrietta pulls in crowds from all over the capital and serves them all a memorable fine-dining experience.

The Experimental Group aren't know for doing things in half measures, but wow have they gone all out with the Henrietta restaurant. Understanding that a 5-star hotel needs a 5-star restaurant, they've roped in Dabbous to ensure only the highest standards are on offer here. Though the menu hasn't been released yet, we're certain the food's going to match the sleek and opulent feel of this two-story restaurant. Best of all, they've recruited cocktail historians Jared Brown and Anistatia Miller to run the bar and create drinks that match the kitchen's experimental drive. Expect big things, we definitely are.
