What they say:
Already well versed in the art of tapas in their Borough Market venue, the team behind LOBOS Meat & Tapas are venturing further into the capital with their brand new restaurant in Soho. Spreading tastefully across three Frith Street floors, LOBOS are not only going to be host to a basement drinking den and charcuterie floor, there's a first open plan kitchen that'll be serving up their tapas specialties and Spanish wine.
What we say:
We've always liked the look of LOBOS, and deemed it a restaurant that afar from its London Bridge arches could continue to grow; and would you look at what's happening right here. While Frith Street is inherently known for its tattooing affairs, could it now be know as burgeoning a new roster of London up-and-comers in the restaurant department?
