Description
XU is a high-end Taiwanese restaurant from the team behind the popular street food venue Bao.
The site holds 68 covers and is spread across two floors, with interiors decked out with dark wood panelling in what is described as a ‘cinematic reinterpretation of 1930s Taipei’. Xu stands out from their other venues with a focus on larger dishes designed for sharing, including roast chicken stuffed with herbs, which diners are given gloves to tear apart with their hands. All dishes are made from high quality, locally sourced ingredients.
There is also a dedicated tea master, who acts as a sommelier for Taiwanese tea.
