Description
Bianco43 has opened its fourth venue in Croydon, moments from South Croydon train station. The venue serves the same range of homemade, authentic Italian food as its sister restaurants. Using a wood-fried oven, the eatery dishes up a range of delicious pizzas which include their signature Bianco43 pizza, made of sausages, smoked cheese, aubergine, spicy salami and mozzarella.
The Croydon restaurant has a stripped back and simple interior with a large rustic bar, open kitchen and Italian film posters and memorabilia decorating the walls. Owners Fabrizio Margarita and Massimo Parodi have chosen wines from their homeland with bottles sourced from the whole of Italy. As well as pizza, Bianco43 also serves a range of traditional antipasti and desserts - the homemade tiramasu looks particularly delicious.
