Spotting Croydon's potential early is Bianco43, the Italian restaurant and pizzeria. The organisation are opening their fourth site in South London complete with their delicious menu of pizzas, antipasti and desserts. Neapolitan-style pizza is created through their wood-fired oven, the wine list is dedicated to the best bottles Italy has to offer and traditional desserts such as tiramasu look sure to win South Londoners' hearts.

Having already conquered Trafalgar Square, Blackheath and Greenwich, Fabrizio Margarita and Massimo Parodi are bringing Bianco43 to Croydon. Their latest opening has a more rustic look than previous venues, with exposed-brick walls, a large wooden bar and open kitchen adding to the sense of tradition. During the week, the venue is open in the evening - try the signature pizza which is split into four and consists of aubergine, mozzarella, smoked cheese and salami.
