The latest addition to Stoke Newington's already thriving meat-free scene, Stokey Veg Vegan is doing plant-based with poise. Located on the high street, within spitting distance of Abney Park, this charming neighbourhood eatery is serving up Italian and British-inspired plates customers can chow down on roasted beetroot tartar, barley risotto, asparagus tempura and even vegan cannolo filled with rhubarb mousse.
The brain child of chef and owner Daniele Aloi, and co-owner Ali Kalkan, this gorgeous spot with its organic wines, stripped back interiors and experimental small plates is the date night spot we've all been waiting for.
