Description
Plant-based dishes, classic cocktails and refreshing interiors in Tufnell Park
Ceremony is a fresh British restaurant based on Fortess Road in north London. Taking over from the local stalwart Fortess Tandori, the restaurant serves classic British dishes that have all been made using seasonal ingredients and, as the chefs put it, just 'happens to not have meat'.
The brainchild of Joe Stokoe, former bartender at Milk and Honey, and creative director of London Beer Week, Ali Dediank, Ceremony seats up to 40 diners and features its own bar and an adjoining working garden. Though the restaurant wasn't intentionally created with London's vegetarian foodies exclusively in mind, the menu is composed solely of re-imagined British classics without meat.
