The first restaurant to open at The Goring Hotel in over a century, Siren sees chef Nathan Outlaw spearheading delicate seafood dishes. Expect classic British fare served in style; from the gorgeous plating to the room itself. Decor has been carefully curated by interior designer Russell Sage, with floral features and plenty of plants lining the glass-fronted orangery.

Inspired by Jeremy Goring’s strong family connection to Cornwall, the menu sees the likes of Cornish crab risotto, Dooncastle oysters and red mullet matched with devilled shrimp butter join a vast selection of wines. Just make sure to leave room for the strawberry tart and yoghurt sorbet.
