Timmy Green is paying homage to it's roots this Australia Day by holding an Australian Wine & Food Odyssey to celebrate and showcase some of the homeland's top wines and it's up and coming boutique producers.
The evening will consist of an eight course Aussie tasting menu (including grade 8 wagyu and prime lamb cutlets) and will be matched with 8 premium Australian wines (including Penfold's Grange) as well as select Australian craft beer and boutique cocktails.
With just 50 tickets all guests will be seated at one long dining table accompanied by live acoustic Australian music.
