No previous cooking experience needed β this child-friendly workshop is designed to make every little chef feel at home. π· Our experienced chefs at our Hyde Park location will guide each child through the pizza-making process with joy and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel like the Easter Bunnyβs own chef! π
In the vibrant atmosphere of our pizzeria, children will learn how to shape, top, and bake their pizzas. But the fun doesn't stop there! The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. I was quite underwhelmed to be honest. No toppings for the pizzaβs, just cheese and tomato, and experience lasted not even half an hour. Then although all the children were over the age of 6, the pizzadoro started playing heads shoulders, knees and toes. All the kids were looking at eachother like huh? We ordered in the restaraunt too and the service was horrible. I asked for my bill and waited 45 minutes. Hi Nadine, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and Iβm really sorry to hear that it wasnβt what you expected. Just to clarify, part of the package includes our Margherita pizza, which comes with cheese and tomato. We keep it simple so that the kids can really enjoy the process of making their pizza. However, I understand that some families might have been hoping for more toppings, and weβll definitely take that feedback into account moving forward. The class is typically designed to last around 1.5 hours, with about 30 minutes spent on making the pizzas. The rest of the time includes arts and crafts and desserts, but the overall time can vary depending on how the kids are engaging with the activities. As for the βHeads, Shoulders, Knees, and Toesβ bitβthe pizzaiolo (chef) was trying to be a little funny and engage the kids in a playful way. We understand, though, that kids over the age of 6 might not be into that, and we totally get how it could have felt awkward. Weβll definitely keep that in mind and ensure we tailor the experience better in the future. Iβm also really sorry to hear about the service issues at the restaurant. Waiting 45 minutes for your bill and then having it be incorrect is absolutely frustrating, and I can imagine how much it added to the overall disappointment. It was ok a little bit overpriced when looking back. It actually starts at 10.30am and finishes by 11.30.
