Omar’s Place is a design-focused Mediterranean restaurant in Pimlico.

Set in a Grade II-listed Victorian building, the space is a collaboration between Sella Concept and architecture consultancy Wilson, creating a unique space to try the aromatic menu. The venue is split between a 36-cover ground floor restaurant, lit by sandy tones and corrugated furnishings, and 50 capacity wine cellar event space downstairs.

The menu focuses on Mediterranean sharing plates and tapas which are reimagined recipes from the executive chef’s grandmother. Expect a menu just as avant-garde as the design, with dishes like escalibada with anchovy crackers, red pepper, smoked sardine, and aubergine and red pepper puree, as well as Andalucian jamon iberico, Palamos prawns and bresaola.
