kitchen, The Rubens boasts 5* service whilst being warm and

including top-quality cuts of meat, handled perfectly in the
kitchen's charcoal-fired Josper grill.
The flagship restaurant offers classic dishes, including salads,
delicious fish courses and desserts, as well as a cheese trolley of
British cheeses. To offer a unique experience, The English Grill
also adds tableside theatre with dishes being brought to the table,
this can include the carving of roasts, flambeed crepes, filleting
of the famous Dover Sole and carving of smoked Salmon.

Join Executive Chef Ben Kelliher for a one-hour cooking class

main course, and our founder and president, Mrs Bea Tollman’s
famous Baked Vanilla Cheesecake as dessert.

Borough Market
You will first meet Executive Chef Ben Kelliher to discuss your
personal requirements and preferences to create a plant-based
