Nestled adjacent to St. James’s Park in Westminster, The Pem presents a contemporary approach to fine dining under the direction of Chef Sally Abé. Combining enticing Art Deco elements with a modern flair, the decor showcases vibrant reds and pinks, creating an inviting atmosphere enhanced by plush booths, perfect for intimate gatherings and dinner parties.
Chef Sally Abé, celebrated for her British-inspired cuisine, meticulously sources premium ingredients from local suppliers like Lake District Farmers, The Wild Room, and Flying Fish. The menu boasts starters such as dressed Dorset crab, Violino pumpkin, vadouvan, buttermilk, and Montgomery cheddar soufflé with pickled and toasted walnuts and bitter leaves. Main courses feature hand-dived Orkney XL scallops, Jerusalem artichoke, black garlic, sea herbs, and wild mushroom and truffle suet pudding with buttered Savoy cabbage, braised hazelnuts and Madeira.
For exceptional value, their Set Lunch Menu offers 2 courses for £35 or 3 courses for £45.
