Sixty|Four Rooftop

Taking Bookings

The biggest rooftop bar in Clapham can be found at SixtyFour, which is very conveniently located on (you guessed it) 64 Clapham high street. Taking the title since the summer of 2023, this pick of bars had long been a local favourite even before their terrace arrived. Enjoy the foliage-covered area as well as 2 for 1 cocktails during happy hour, which runs from 5 to 9pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday but only until 7pm on Saturdays.

A Clapham High Street spot, Aquum is a jack of all trades with its roof terrace as the icing on the cake. Think a menu of Greek-Cypriot food bringing an island feel to your rooftop experience, as well as daytime and evening bottomless options too. Having been a favourite in the area since 2009, it's no surprise to find this venue still going strong.

The Saxon

The lack of rooftop bars in Clapham Junction is more than made up for by the high street, where you'll find The Saxon. It's found just moments from Clapham North station, promising the classic South London vibes with the added benefit of that roof terrace space for soaking up the sun. Our advice? The Saturday afternoon happy hour between 3 and 7pm is absolute prime time for £8 cocktails and £5 beers.

No 32 The Old Town

Taking Bookings

No 32 The Old Town is an absolute beauty with a first floor rooftop terrace overlooking Clapham Common, offering you leafy views for days and an especially pretty fairy-lit space in the evening. Sustainably sourced food makes up the all-day, European-inspired menus that span brunches, lamb leg steaks, halloumi burgers, braised beef brisket tacos and more. Washing down your meals? Everything from blood orange margaritas to jugs of boozy peach iced tea.
