The Windmill Mayfair

Not only does The Windmill serve some seriously scrumptious award-winning pies, but it also happens to have a pretty hidden roof terrace that takes you away from the bustle of the city and into a secluded, fairy-lit area where you can catch up with family and friends. Sporting bare-brick walls and comfy seats, it's the ideal spot to enjoy some alfresco sips and eats. Look forward to a pub menu sporting free-range Scotch eggs served alongside homemade Oxford sauce, Nutborne tomato, basil and burrata salad, plus classic cocktails like espresso martinis, bloody marys and Aperol spritzes.

The Rooftop St James

The Rooftop St. James is one of the most iconic hangouts in the city at this height. Head up to the top of The Trafalgar St. James to catch a killer sunset and look out over the square, surrounded by contemporary decor such as white marble tables, each individually equipped with its own silver table lamp. The cocktail menu is equally as sophisticated, with the likes of a Tequila and Blood Orange or a Bulleit Bourbon-based Apricot Blossom up for tantalising your tastebuds. And if you're hungry? There are plenty of small plates of beef carpaccio and burrata to go around.

Aqua Nueva

Enjoy a taste of Spain high up above Regent Street at Aqua Nueva. Make your way through the restaurant's stunning, rich décor and across its mosaic floor, then head up to the lush terrace where you'll be able to take in sweeping views of the city. From Thursday through to Saturday, there are house DJs providing the entertainment, and bespoke cocktails every day. Sip on the Spanish Flip, featuring Orujo de Hierbas, or the Nueva Punch made with coconut cream and snack on classic tapas dishes, such as padron peppers and manchego croquettes.

Aqua Kyoto

Located just off Regent Street, Aqua Kyoto is a gorgeous Japanese restaurant and bar that serves crafted dishes and bespoke cocktails. When on the hunt for the top Mayfair rooftop bars, the one atop this haunt is a floral-adorned stunner. Expect to be met with an array of lantern-lit tables overlooking the shopping streets below. Home to DJ sets and live musicians, the terrace also welcomes revellers to enjoy nibbles such as prawn and shiso tempura, chicken karaage, plus salmon and avocado maki rolls washed down with a signature Roku gin-based Tsukiyama Garden.

The Nest

If you're on the hunt for a rooftop bar Mayfair menu that's dishing up refreshing delights then check out this scorcher of a sky-high spot. The Nest is home to a 360-degree terrace with unparalleled views of London. Across the space, you'll find an indoor lounge decked out with green foliage and natural minerals and a 'treehouse fort' where DJs play tunes. Outside, the wraparound terrace sports loungers - the ideal place to sit and sip on playful, signature cocktails, like the Boozy Biscoff made with Laphroaig and honey, or the tequila-based Creamsicle, featuring condensed milk syrup.
