Sewing Classes In London

The age-old craft of sewing has been around for 20,000 years as one of the first skills humans learnt and it's here to stay. Not only do hand-stitching, serging and overlocking relieve stress, but they come in handy for when your wardrobe needs a spruce. Perhaps you have a plain white t-shirt that could do with a bit of TLC, or maybe you wish you knew how to fix that button that always keeps falling off? Whatever your creative desires, we're here to point you to sewing classes in London for beginners and experts so you can cotton on.

Sip & Sew

Of course, some of the best sewing classes London has to offer are run by this fun group. Taking place at venues across the city like Prince of Peckham and Duke of Cambridge in Battersea, Sip & Sew lets you learn a new skill while enjoying a drink or two in the comfort of your favourite pub. Enjoy two hours of laid-back embroidery tuition, get to grips with embellishment techniques and blending threads, and leave with your own party bag and design to take home with you. Tickets start from £30 per person and drinks aren't included, however, all the tools you'll need are.
