Situated inside the Grade II listed old Westminster Fire Station, Shanghai Noir is a luxurious Indo-Chinese Brasserie inspired by the 1930s. The glitzy restaurant is decked out in chandeliers, old-school artwork and dark decor, with equally theatrical cocktails and small plates up for grabs. Their dishes range from kung pao mushrooms to Desi chow mein spring rolls and chilli pepper paneer, washed down with a spiced rum-based Star of the East.

The Pem

The Pem is a stunning Art Deco-inspired Westminster restaurant nestled next to St James's Park, boasting a contemporary approach to fine dining. Chef Sally Abé curates dishes with premium, local ingredients, with the menu featuring the likes of Dorset crab, Vilolino pumpkin, vadouvan, buttermilk and Montgomery cheddar soufflé with pickled and toasted walnuts and bitter leaves.
