TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS BEFORE ATTENDING. IF THERE IS ANY TERM THAT YOU DO NOT ACCEPT, YOU MUST NOT ATTEND THE EVENT

These are the complete Terms and Conditions "Terms" for the ’McNuggetWorthy: The Experience the "Event".

You can take part in Event at the "Venue" by getting a ticket on DesignMyNight.

The Promotor will offer each ticket holder a limited number of free McNuggets, subject to availability, and a range of activities for up to 1 hour per booking.

Tickets grant one ticket holder a one hour slot within the Venue. Please let us know if you have access requirements and we will make reasonable adjustments to ensure you are able to participate as fully as possible 

All attendees must be 18 or over. We regret that we cannot admit entry to any attendee that cannot provide proof of age with a valid form of ID.

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged after purchase. If you are no longer able to attend, please email mcnuggetteam@redconsultancy.com.

Entry is by pre-booking only. All sessions are subject to availability. There will be no session availability on the day.

Entrants must not be more than ten minutes late for their booking. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the Event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed after this time.

Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the Venue and the terms of the Promoter. Failure to comply with any such rules and regulations may result in a ticket holder being asked to leave the Venue.

Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Occasionally, Events are cancelled or postponed by the Promoter, team, performer or Venue for a variety of reasons. If the Event was moved or rescheduled, the Venue or Promoter may set limitations around updating tickets. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged Event.

Tickets are subject to the Venue or Promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to Events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to exchange tickets.

If this ticket is transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the Promoter, Venue management, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable, and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the Venue.

Tickets will be issued immediately to the email address provided during booking. If you do not receive your ticket within 2 hours of booking, please contact us mcnuggetteam@redconsultancy.com. We’re sorry but it is not possible to amend your session after booking. If you’re unable to attend a booked session and wish to cancel it, please contact us.


In consideration for the ticket and access to the Event, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the Event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the Event.

Save for fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury resulting from negligence, the ticket holder agrees that the Promoter, agency or Venue management shall have no liability towards them or any of their property whether in contract, tort including negligence or breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation or otherwise arising in connection with this Agreement and the Event.

You voluntarily agree that the management, Venue, Event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

The Promoter, Venue management and DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd accept no responsibility for any loss, stolen or damage of or caused to personal property.

These terms are governed by English law and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

CONDUCT DURING THE EVENT:

All attendees must be 18 or over. We regret that we cannot admit entry to any attendee that cannot provide proof of age with a valid form of ID.

The Venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

All attendees will need to comply with any health and safety requirements including in relation to COVID-19 requirements including testing to gain entry.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if our conditions of entry are not respected.

The Venue operates a No Smoking Policy.

The main area of the Venue has disabled access. If you have any further questions and queries on this, please direct them to mcnuggetteam@redconsultancy.com.

In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, we are not responsible for any theft, damage, destruction or loss of your property or belongings while using our facilities.

FOOD AT THE EVENT:

A full list of ingredients and allergens will be available on site for all food and drink served on the premises. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please check with the team before consuming. Please contact Event organisers via mcnuggetteam@redconsultancy.com with any concerns about allergies in advance of attending.

The Promoter, management and Agency accept no responsibility for allergic reactions or health concerns as a result of the food and drink served on premises.

FILMING AT THE EVENT:

Please be aware that guests are permitted to capture videography and photography within the premises during their visit.

In consideration for the ticket and entry to the Event you grant permission to the Promoter, Event Management and Agency to use your image for the purposes of marketing and promotion should you feature in any of the videography or photography captured at the Event.

Please inform a member of staff if you do not consent to being photographed or filmed.

By taking up the Offer and being present at the Event, you hereby consent to being filmed and for your image to be used as part of the #McNuggetWorthy: The Experience Campaign. If you do not consent to this filming o usage, you must not attend the Event.

Any professional filming and photography by the Promoter will be managed separately and visitors will be asked to sign consent forms if they are included in assets.

For data protection purposes we are the controller of and responsible for the personal data comprising the Photograph and your contact details and any related personal data. Your personal data will be used in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.



ACTIVITIES AT THE EVENT:

Some of the activities may be physically challenging and carry with them risks that we cannot entirely eliminate. These include the risk of personal injury.

In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, participation in the activities is entirely at your risk.

We are not qualified to express an opinion that you are fit to safely participate. You must obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor before participating.

You must follow any safety warnings or instructions displayed or given to you by a member of staff. Ask a member of staff if you are unclear.

You must act responsibly and sensibly at all times.

You must not participate if you are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.

You are responsible for using equipment safely and as directed. You must behave sensibly and follow any safety instructions so as not to hurt or injure yourself or others.

These Terms are governed by English law and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
