These are the Paint & Sip terms and conditions the “Terms” of One Circle Events Limited Company Number: 11006506 with registered office at 6th Floor, 9 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2AP and whose trading address is at 40 Bermondsey St, London SE1 3UD and who trade as, in respect of the provision of this event, “The Glasshouse” and “Little Glasshouse” “OCE”, “we”, “us”, “our”. These Terms, in conjunction with the terms and conditions of DesignMyNight the “DMN Terms” govern our respective rights and obligations in relation to your attendance at the venue known as “The Glasshouses” the “Venue” and your enjoyment of the event. Where these Terms conflict with the DMN Terms, the DMN Terms shall prevail.

YOUR ATTENTION IS PARTICULARLY DRAWN TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE SECTIONS RELATING TO CANCELLATION, NO-SHOWS, YOUR OTHER OBLIGATIONS AND OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.

BOOKINGS

Advance Bookings: Guests can pre-book their ticket for the event on-line via DesignMyNight. Group bookings are available upon request, please contact us directly at glasshouses@onecircle.co.uk. Walk-ins are not permitted.

Tickets: We will provide all the materials necessary to create your artwork. One ticket includes one glass of champagne, which may be substituted for a soft drink. Thereafter, guests will be able to purchase drinks from the bar as normal.

SESSION DURATION

Paint & Sip sessions are a total of 2 hours, which includes a short briefing session. Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your session to keep us on time.

All artworks must be taken home with you at the end of the session. We encourage you to stay at The Glasshouse and enjoy more drinks in our beautiful structure.

Late Arrival: Our sessions begin within 10 minutes of the start time and so late arrivals may result in a reduced session time without refund or compensation. However, if you are running late, we will make sure you are all caught up and help you throughout the evening.

PAYMENT AND FEES

Full Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking. No booking is guaranteed until payment is received.

Accepted Payment Methods: The Venue is cashless and accepts all major credit and debit card payments for your convenience. Any additional charges incurred during the session e.g. drinks must be settled during/at the end of the session.

Pricing: Our pricing for the Paint & Sip sessions is outlined on Design My Night and available upon request. Prices are subject to change, but any confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent pricing changes.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Customer Cancellations: We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, which is why we’re happy to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled event.

However if a suitable date is not available, your payment will be forfeited.

For bookings of 6+ tickets, there will be a £15 non-negotiable fee per ticket to cancel or reschedule at any time.

Facility Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your booking due to unforeseen circumstances we will offer a full refund or reschedule your booking at a mutually convenient time.

No Shows: Important: We are very strict on ‘no shows’. If you don’t show up for the class, we’ll still charge you the full amount. We are unable to refund, reschedule or provide credit for a missed session.

You acknowledge and agree that where we decide to retain initial deposits or other prepayments made or otherwise make additional charges to you on a cancellation or ‘no-show’, we do so to recompense us for the time and cost we incur and losing the opportunity to accept other bookings in your place being a genuine pre-estimate of our losses in such circumstances.

CATERING

The Venue primarily operates as a bar and no catering will be available to purchase during the session.

Additional food and drink cannot be brought into the Venue, unless by prior agreement with the Venue’s management.

AGE RESTRICTION POLICY

Participants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the session. All participants and visitors may be required to present valid identification e.g., passport, driver’s licence, or government-issued ID upon entry to verify their age. Failure to provide suitable proof of age may result in denial of entry.

Due to our facility’s licensing agreement, only individuals aged 18 or older are permitted on the premises after 6:00pm. This policy is strictly enforced to comply with local licensing laws and regulations.

ALCOHOL POLICY

We comply with all local licensing laws regarding the service and consumption of alcohol. Guests are not permitted to bring outside beverages onto the premises. We operate a challenge 25 policy, promote responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be overly intoxicated or behaves in an overly boisterous or even disorderly manner.

YOUR OTHER OBLIGATIONS

You must observe at all times any reasonable restrictions or conditions which we wish to impose in relation to any matter concerning the event and your presence at the Venue.

You undertake to comply and to ensure that your guests comply with all applicable laws, licences, regulations and policies in force at the Venue, including ensuring that no fire exits and routes are obstructed at any time.

You may not use the Venue for any activities which are illegal, immoral, offensive or dangerous or which may become a nuisance to the owners or occupiers of any neighbouring properties.

We and Venue security reserve the right to refuse further service, eject from, or refuse admission to, the Venue to any person deemed in the reasonable opinion of our staff or security personnel to be intoxicated, unruly, threatening, violent and/or dangerous.

Any damage to, or theft of, property at the Venue including furniture, fixtures and fittings and any other property of the Venue caused by you or your guests will be charged to you at full replacement cost. A cleaning charge may be charged in the event of sickness due to the inebriation of any member of your party.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

Except for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, so far as permitted by the law, we hereby exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with your experience. In particular, any personal arrangements that you make in connection with attending the Venue are made at your own cost and risk for example, travel and hotel costs. We also exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense relating to any personal property brought by any guest, such property remaining that guest’s responsibility at all times. Subject to all of the foregoing, our liability to each guest shall be at all times limited to the cost of a single ticket to the event.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, we accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury to your property, or the property of your guests or any other people for whom you are responsible.

FORCE MAJEURE

OCE shall not be liable for any failure or delay to you in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or labour disputes, government regulations or actions, pandemics, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, equipment failure, power outages, or any other unforeseen events "Force Majeure".

In the event of a Force Majeure event, OCE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you are affected by such cancellations, you will be offered the option to either reschedule your booking at a mutually convenient time or receive a full refund for any initial deposit or other prepayments made. OCE will not be held liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages incurred by you as a result of such cancellation.

The above notwithstanding, in the event of a Force Majeure event, OCE will use reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible of the situation and the steps being taken to address it.

GENERAL

All personal data collected by OCE as a result of your booking and/or your attendance at the event will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to keep us up-to-date of any changes to your contact details prior to the event.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any dispute or issue arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

These Terms together with the DMN Terms constitute the entire and only agreement between us and supersede all previous agreements between us. If any of these clauses should be determined to be unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

Changes to these Terms: OCE reserves the right to amend or update this booking policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to you through our website and via email if applicable.
