Escape the hustle and bustle of the city below as you ascend 35 floors and immerse yourself in our tropical oasis. Join our exciting Yoga classes, held in collaboration with TruBe Fitness, amidst lush greenery and breathtaking city views.
Suitable for all levels and abilities, this fantastic one-hour class will invigorate your mind and body. Feel the energy surge as you flow through poses, surrounded by panoramic London vistas. After the class, take your time to wander through the enchanting gardens at your leisure.
Boost your energy even further with a refreshing drink option available. Choose the perfect beverage to replenish and rejuvenate.
When can I come to class?
- Wednesdays at 7 am
- Saturdays at 8 am
- Sundays at 8 am
Please remember to bring your own mat as mats are not provided, and dress warmly as the naturally ventilated space can be chilly. Extra layers of clothing will keep you cozy during the class.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before the session starts to complete the building's compulsory security checks, and please note that tickets are non-refundable. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
