Bottomless Pancakes and Prosecco – Terms and Conditions 1. Bottomless Prosecco: Guests can enjoy bottomless Prosecco for a duration of 60 minutes. 2. Pancake Toppings: A variety of toppings will be provided to accompany the pancakes. 3. Food and Entertainment: The venue is responsible for providing the food, including pancakes and Prosecco. Entertainment will be organized by the event hosts but may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. 4. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled. No refunds are available for any other reason. 5. Allergies: Guests with allergies are required to notify the event manager in advance by emailing hello@pancakesandprosecco.com. Upon arrival, please also inform the venue staff and manager of any allergies. We cannot assume responsibility for undisclosed allergies. 6. Intoxication Policy: Guests who appear intoxicated upon arrival will not be permitted entry. This is an 18+ event, and all guests must provide valid identification upon entry. 7. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. 5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
