Second time at this Fogg's Apothecary experience. So much fun. 'Dr Jane Rigby' and the bartender were amazing and made the experience for us.

Every Sunday, step into Mr Fogg’s City Tavern and partake in a truly splendid British tradition – the Sunday roast. Delight in our tempting selection of roasts, each accompanied by perfectly crisp roast potatoes, seasonal green vegetables, maple-roasted heritage carrots and parsnips, all generously smothered in rich, hearty gravy.
Our roast chicken is a triumph, featuring succulent chicken supreme roasted with lemon and thyme, alongside sage and apple stuffing. For those inclined towards beef, the tender rump steak comes served with a giant Yorkshire pudding – a true classic. Our vegetarian-friendly option, the home-made nut roast, is equally delightful, brimming with wholesome flavours.
Fancy a little something extra on the side? Indulge in our cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, or perhaps an additional Yorkshire pudding to complete your feast.
For those with a penchant for seafood… We also offer the time-honoured beer-battered haddock and chunky chips, served with tartare sauce, minted crushed peas, and a wedge of lemon for a refreshing touch.
To conclude, why not indulge in a sweet treat? Choose between our rich sticky toffee pudding or the comforting apple and rhubarb crumble, each served with your choice of Crème Anglaise or vanilla ice cream.
