Wake up the mind, body, and spirit with a sunrise vinyasa flow on the rooftop at art'otel London Battersea.

Led by Local yoga teacher, Jinis, this yoga summer series is sure to energise you. Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that moves fluidly from one pose to the next using breath, often moving at a faster pace than other types of yoga

Enjoy every moment from sweat to savasana. Following the yoga class, treat yourself to a healthy breakfast in Tozi Grand Cafe, where you can nourish your body whilst immersing yourself in the art of our signature artist, Jaime Hayon.

Tickets are £50 each and include a 60-minute yoga session followed by a healthy breakfast dish, a choice of hot drink and smoothie at Tozi Grand Cafe. The class will run from 7am-8am and brunch will be served until 9am every Friday morning from July 21st to September 15th. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class is due to start.

12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

    Ask on arrival at art’otel for a robe and head down to level -1 to get changed for your aqua aerobics class in there stunning changing rooms. Then ascend to the 16th floor where Gaz will be waiting to meet you for your work out. Don’t forget to grab a towel up there for your shower afterwards. The pool is lovely and warm, the class is fun and energising, and suits all levels I would say, and last 45 minutes. There was 9 in my 8am session, and 6 in the 9am session. The views are just breathtaking, what a backdrop! I felt like I was on holiday as I sunbathed on the super comfy sun lounger after my class. No pressure to leave straight away. Head down afterwards to -1 and enjoy the gorgeous shower facilities. Shower products by Kevin Murphy, they smelt amazing and left my hair feeling pampered. Then I was ready for my free coffee and pastry (included in the £25) in the Tozi cafe. A superb ending to a magnificent and refreshing morning. Wish I could start every Monday up on this rooftop!!!
