Cabaret Vs Cancer is an event that raises money for cancer charity throughout the year, and they're hosting a Christmas special at Walthamstow Trades Hall this December. Benny 'the Elf' Louche will be leading the lineup, which features a whole host of talented cabaret, burlesque, drag and circus artists.
Tickets start from £5 per person, with the money going to a good cause. Plus, there'll be a fantastic raffle with some incredible prizes to be won.
Over in Clerkenwell, Migrateful Cookery School is doing a lot of good for the world in the form of classes led by refugee and migrant chefs. Enrol in an online one or attend in person and learn about different cultures and authentic recipes, all while supporting their journey to employment. Look forward to getting to grips with the likes of Nigerian, Syrian and Sri Lankan cuisine, plus many, many more.
