In these terms and conditions “PepsiCo” refers to means PepsiCo International Limited with a registered address at 450 South Oak Way, Reading, Berkshire RG2 6UW

The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.

Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information from the responsible party. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.

The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

We regret that tickets cannot be altered after purchase.

Tickets are subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to exchange tickets.

The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.

The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.

The event listed on the ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

All sessions are recorded using CCTV for the health and safety of you and our staff. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience.

If you are making the booking on behalf of others in your group, it is your responsibility to ensure that these additional players agree to these terms and are in receipt of all relevant information relating to the booking. PepsiCo shall not be responsible if members of your group are unable to participate in the Experience as a result of you failing to provide them with all the relevant information.

Tickets will be dispatched to you electronically, please ensure a valid email address is provided at checkout.

Tickets must be printed or displayed on a digital device when arriving at the attraction.

Decisions to change or cancel events are the responsibility of PepsiCo. PepsiCo cannot guarantee to inform you of any change or cancellation of any event or be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, any other related goods or service or other compensation.

You should always check that an event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.

If PepsiCo cancels an event or makes significant changes to the venue, date, or show time, PepsiCo will endeavour to inform you in advance of the event time. Customers will usually be contacted by email, however in urgent cases contact may be by phone.

PepsiCo has no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind suffered at or in connection with any event including loss, damage or theft any personal property at an event.

Admission to a session is always subject to any terms, conditions or rules of PepsiCo. If you breach those terms, conditions or rules then PepsiCo may refuse admission or require you or other ticket holders to leave the venue.

Amongst other things you will need to comply with health and safety rules and any security requirements including security searches for the safety of those attending the show. PepsiCo will have rights to refuse admission or eject you in certain circumstances and these are likely to include if you have consumed alcohol or illegal substances before playing, are involved with abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour, or carry offensive weapons or illegal or prohibited substances or make unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.

The Of-Fizz Snowball Fight Activation is only open to guests aged 18+.

Upon arrival at Of-Fizz Snowball Fight Activation you will be required to sign a health and safety waiver. Failure to sign this will result in you being unable to play the attraction, and no refund will be offered. This is in line our health and safety policy.

Please check the ticket time on your tickets. Late comers past 15minutes may not be admitted.

If your ticket time is an arrival window, please arrive within this window. Please note that shows/sessions are assigned upon arrival on a first come basis. Tickets can only be booked in groups of 4 x people.

When you receive your tickets check the details carefully. When attending the event, carry proof of age if appropriate.

The activation can be played in groups of a maximum of 4 people.

Tickets you order are for personal use and cannot be sold on for profit. Breach of this condition will entitle PepsiCo to cancel the tickets without prior notification, compensation or liability.

3. You must inform PepsiCo of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the tickets. Our contact details are included in these Terms and Conditions. Our preferred method to contact you is email. You should take care to provide a current, valid email address and be aware that your email filter settings may treat our emails as spam or direct them to your junk folder.

PepsiCo may put you in a group with other people outside of your booking

Your information will not be shared outside of PepsiCo and Of-Fizz Snowball Fight Activation without your consent as part of the booking process or otherwise unless required by law.

Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of “force majeure”. In these booking conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we PepsiCo in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
