If you’ve ever wanted to know how four basic ingredients can combine to create more than 150 different styles of beer; the differences between a porter and a stout, a pilsner and a helles, a wit from a weiss, and just why the world’s favourite pale ale has ‘India’ in its name, then this interactive beer tasting class is for you.   Join leading beer sommelier Jane Peyton, founder of the School of Booze for an enlightening and entertaining beer tasting class where you will learn how to taste beer like a professional with a selection of beer styles, learn a plethora of beer facts worthy of a place on Mastermind, and after 90 minutes leave as a graduate of the School of Booze.
