"The Fuck It Button" is an interactive playful workshop exploring the relationship between performance and chaos with the goal of adding spontaneity to ones practise in both art creation, live performance as well as your daily life. Through out this group exploration you will be asked to engage with discussions and exercises to further your ideas around incorporating the "unknown" in to your world. Together we will touch on techniques in areas such as Improvisation, authentic listening, letting go and setting boundaries, all important components to feeling empowered in your work.
Lolo Brow is a multi award winning performance artist, entertainer and parental disappointment who has built a career on audience participation and interaction. Through out the last 10 years they have developed the tools and techniques which not only embraces choas but also invites it and sometimes provokes it.
Whether you want to further your creative practise by introducing new methods of creativity or you want to learn to listen to yourself more authentically, this workshop will provide you with the silliness and the safe space to do so.

Who is this workshop for?
Creative live art artistes over the age of 18. Looking to expand their relationship with improvisation.
Does this workshop include dancing or movement?
Yes, so please bring clothes you feel comfortable moving in. Although it won’t be strict choreo you will be encouraged to get up on your feet and be silly.
Is this workshop for Performers only?
This workshop has been created very much with Performers of all kinds in mind as that is my wealth of knowledge. I would recommend this for all creatives, beginners and professionals who work with a live art element.
Can I take videos and photos during class?
There will be some moments that you are welcome to get your cameras out however please make sure you have the consent of any other students in shot.
I am very new/beginner/amateur performer, Can I come?
YES, Please do this class is for all levels.
What do I bring?
-Notepad, or device to take notes.
-Clothes to move in and water.
-Lots of questions.
What if I can’t come?
I will do my best offer you a space on another workshop if given over 48 hours’ notice, and there is space on other classes. This isn’t always the case. I cannot offer refunds. Please email me on lolobrow@gmail.com for fastest response.

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
