What to Expect
Carwash is an immersive experience with an uplifting disco and funk soundtrack and is a celebration of inclusivity and positivity, an homage to retro glam and everything that disco stands for.
With 4 rooms of DJ fuelled fun, a best dressed clubber competition, spooky giveaways and chilling décor, Carwash is the only Halloween party for the Disco Freaks where all are welcome under the groove!
Dress Up
It goes without saying it’s time to get freaky! There are no rules, just use your imagination and put together a truly awesome or gruesome outfit. All Halloween outfits are encouraged and there will be an on the night competition for the best-dressed clubber. So … it's a big YES to the best-dressed vampires, werewolves, devils, and witches, grim reapers, zombies and evil angels.

You understand that the purchase of any pre-paid tickets and VIP packages means that you have fully read and understood our Terms & Conditions.
CARWASH operates a 7-day cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel your ticket or VIP reservation, you should do so no less than 7 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund less any booking fees. Any cancellation less than 7 days prior to the event date will result in the full ticket or package price being non-refundable. We do not provide refunds on pre-paid tickets or VIP packages post event either.
FAQs
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the
event?
The minimum age of entry into Carwash is 18. Valid
physical ID is required to enter the club and will be scanned prior
to entry. All data is held solely by our respective venues.
We will only accept holographic government issued ID such as an unexpired UK or international passport, an unexpired UK or EU driving or provisional licence, or an EU national identity card.
Please note that a photo of an ID on your phone will not be
accepted.
Refunds will not be issued for refusal of entry due to no valid
ID.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the
event?
Holborn tube station is the closest.

T&Cs
1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
