Welcome To Our Roti Island Caribbean Afternoon Tea
ABOUT
Indulge in a slice of the finest afternoon tea with a Caribbean twist, as you move your body with some rum punch, Prosecco, mocktail or a good spot of tea with Our Roti Island.
Whilst dining with Our Roti Island, we have jazzed up a with Saltfish fritters, roti with stew chicken pot and coconut lemongrass rice. And for those that have a sweet tooth, we have upside down pineapple cake and scones with tropical jam. Topped with a mouth-watering range of exquisitely presented exotic fruit. All dishes use Halal meat or chicken.
For the vegetarian menu, you will indulge in roti with Chic peas curry pot. Coconut lemongrass rice and not forgetting plantain fritters. We haven't forgotten about the upside down pineapple cake and scones. Also topped with a mouth-watering range of exquisitely presented exotic fruit.
We'll have a variety of different types of leaf tea to choose from, and why not sip a glass of rum punch or Prosecco or mocktail to add some extra sparkle and rhythm to the occasion.

Some of our dishes contain DAIRY, EGGS, WHEAT and FISH. We do not cook with any nuts but we can not guarantee that where we get our products from hasn't been in contact with NUTS. If you have an allergens PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE BOOKING, to see if we can accommodate your dietary requirements.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Please email us ahead of time to get a table ready for you and DO NOT ARRIVE ON THE DAY WITH YOUR GROUP WITHOUT TELLING US
IF YOU'RE LATE
If you are running late please email us. IF YOU ARE 45 MINUTES LATE, you will lose your booking and not be refunded on the day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations made, the book providing platform will keep their £3.50 booking fee
If you cancel two weeks before the event you'll get a full refund Minus the booking fee
If you cancel one week before the event you'll get a 50% refund Minus the booking fee
If you cancel between 6-5 days before the event you'll get a 25% refund Minus the booking fee
If you cancel 4 days before and leading up to the event, you'll get no refund.

TIME
Afternoon Tea is served on promptly from 2pm, please email us if you will be arriving late. Bear in mind that afternoon tea finishes at 4pm.

You'll be able to find us located in the heart of Shoreditch with Yours London, where I'll be hosting our pop-up.

Our Roti Island
Making our mark on the world as a Black-owned female business, Our Roti Island was founded in 2020 by sisters. Caribbean cuisine meets a brasserie-style dining experience was our vision that inspired us to create homemade, unique, mouth-watering dishes (which are all halal-based!) to the taste buds of each and every guest.
Our Roti Island has had the amazing opportunity to trade and grow within Black Eats LDN, Southbank Centre Food Market and more. Alongside catering for events, we’re also excited to announce that we have recently partnered with Soho House to bring you a pop-up kitchen at their White City branch.
T&Cs
1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
