To celebrate the English language release of Confectionery School, the latest cookery book from Le Cordon Bleu, we are pleased to be hosting an Easter-themed launch event.

We invite you to join us on 9th April at Le Cordon Bleu London institute, where Head Patisserie Chef Julie Walsh will demonstrate a stunning luxury Easter egg recipe from the book.

    It was a great experience. However, it would be more effective if the demonstrations weren’t running at the same time and they had obvious signs, so people would know where to go and what to do, as we were a bit lost. Otherwise, it was fun and will definitely do it again. Thank you

    Worth it. Love the workshop demonstration especically, which we can't have this chance to see those famous chef to cook in front of you normally. It also contain tasting and game section.
