Description
Rivalry is a chef's nature but thankfully we've put this aside partnering with The Pickled Fork, an SW-based pop-up and catering company second to none in terms of Best of British flavour creation.
After a lot of fun in the alpine snow and Australian sun, The Pickled Fork's Head Chef Alex Motture decided to hit the big smoke of London where he found himself working for a private catering company cooking for the likes of the Royal family, celebrities such as Gweneth Paltrow, Ricky Gervais, Chris Martin and Barack Obama to name a few. Having gained over 10 years experience across multiple continents, gathering culinary knowledge Chef Alex has developed his own unique style,
Taking over The Underground Supper Club's kitchen, The Pickled Fork will be serving up a really punchy and seasonal menu - to get a feel for their food and projects, check out http://www.thepickledfork.com.

FAQ:
Do you cater for dietary requirements? Yes. There is a section for that when you buy your ticket. Basement Galley/The Pickled Fork can cater for most religious or allergy requirements as long as we know in advance; otherwise we won't be able to cater for you on the night.
Is there a dress code? No. Please feel comfortable. Some people like to dress up a bit but others choose the t-shirt and jeans options. We just want you to enjoy your evening!
Is this a BYOB event? No. The onsite bar will be offering a carefully selected menu of wines, beers, and soft drinks on the night. Obviously all the whiskies will be on sale, too.
Does the tube carriage move? Sadly not. Even though the photos might suggest otherwise, the decommissioned 1967 Victoria Line carriage is completely stationary at the Pump House Museum in Walthamstow.
Will I be sitting next to people I know? Sort of. Despite silver service and high-end food, it's a supper club, NOT a restaurant. The organisers will try to accomodate people who book together close to each other, but please be prepared for sitting next to the odd stranger as well due to the layout of the carriage: it's been proven time and time again that guests who get to know fellow diners in this way get the most out of the evening!
