Award-winning jazz vocalist, Niki King and internationally renowned harpist, Alina Bzhezhinska, showcase their prolific musical skills within this truly intimate and spell-binding show that takes you on an incredible journey through their unique sound and beautiful blend of jazz, soul, blues, folk and classical. Joining them tonight will be their very special guests, multi award-winning saxophonist, Tony Kofi and highly acclaimed drummer, Rod Youngs.

Jazz singer/song-writer Niki King won the acclaimed UK Perrier Jazz Award, The Scottish Style Award and The Spirit of Scotland Music Medal. King has released five albums and performed at leading venues and festivals throughout the world such as The Blue Note, New York and Tokyo, Ronnie Scotts, London, The Edinburgh International Jazz Festival and Glastonbury. King has also performed alongside music legends Al Green, The Average White Band and jazz star Gregory Porter. King has garnered five star reviews for her live shows and recently wrote and performed a live film song-score at the British Film Institute in London.

Originally from Lviv, Ukraine, Alina Bzhezhinska has become one of the leading harpists in Britain. She has performed with many major European orchestras including the National Opera in Warsaw and Scottish Opera. Alina’s London appearances include Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, BBC Radio 3, the London Jazz Festival and London Film Festival. Alina’s critically acclaimed solo album “Harp Recital” is believed to be the first pedal harp CD made in Scotland. She appeared in a DVD of the American group Harp Fusion and a CD by jazz group New Focus and performed at the 12th World Harp Congress in Sydney, Australia.

Tony Kofi is one of the UK's leading jazz saxophonists and multi-instrumentalists. Kofi's accolades include two BBC Jazz Awards, including best instrumentalist, Parliamentary Jazz Award Winner and MOBO Award Nominee.

Rod Youngs is originally from Washington DC and his renowned drumming skills and consummate musicianship has seen him perform with a formidable array of music greats including Gil Scott Heron, Jon Hendricks, Natalie Cole and Abdullah Ibrahim.
