1. As Comptoir Libanais Southbank is within a restricted access area on New Year's Eve, all guests must have an individual ticket. You will receive a ticket confirmation from Design My Night., and a ticket from Comptoir Libanais in the days before the event. Access tickets will either be posted to your home address or must be collected from the venue before the event. If these options aren't possible, a Southbank access ticket will be sent to your email address, though we advise against this as it might take longer to get into the Southbank area with this access ticket.
2. The Southbank Centre operates a very strict entrance policy, so you'll need to be on time to avoid disappointment. You must access the area before the 7:30 p.m. start time.
3. Ticket holders may have access to The Southbank Centre's Riverside areas to watch the Mayor's fireworks, but please note that this will be at the jurisdiction of the fireworks event safety team and cannot be guaranteed in the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
5. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
6. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
7. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
8. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may, on occasion, have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
9. The only entry time to our restaurant is 7 PM. Please plan your journey with enough time to account for potential queues. If you do not pass through the security gate by 8:30 PM, Southbank Centre security will deny entry, and we will be unable to assist.
10. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
11. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
12. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable, and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
13. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
14. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
15. Access to the outdoor area for viewing the fireworks is not guaranteed and may be restricted due to adverse weather, as directed by the Greater London Authority. Comptoir Libanais management and staff have no control over this.
