To celebrate Canada Day on July 1st, the team behind London’s sell-out Mile High pop-ups are taking diners on a culinary journey from the north terrace of Trafalgar Square to the beating heart of Vieux-Québec.
A creative collaboration between talented London chef Ollie Templeton and Canadian maestro Marc St Jacques, the mouth-watering menu is a three-course celebration of the best of Canadian cuisine, featuring grilled lobster, hay-roasted wild boar and maple and whisky ice cream.
With an eye-catching backdrop of colourful murals, flower boxes and vibrant Québécois touches, not to mention the best seats in the house for the evening’s concert (headlined by Canadian rock legends, The Tragically Hip), the Vieux-Québec pop-up kitchen is, quite simply unmissable, whether you’re Canadian, Canadien or just hungry.
Bon appétit!
