Each event is stewarded and risk assessed in advance. Buggies must be left in buggy park (and at this venue this will be outside please bring a cover if it looks like rain) and will not be allowed on the dance floor.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please bring your e-ticket/mobile ticket and a form of ID to the entrance of Winter on the Green. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable and will become void once removed. Tickets cannot be replaced. Terms and conditions apply. please drink responsibly and respect our local residents. Due to enhanced security, please allow extra time to access the event site. Ticket holders are advised to pay particular attention to the weather forecasts prior to arriving at the event to prepare for the weather on the day of their attendance. This may include protective winter clothing and protection (hat, scarf, base layer gear top etc).
