Louise Minchin
Louise Minchin is a
journalist, broadcaster and writer. She was a presenter on BBC
Breakfast for 20 years and was the main news anchor on the BBC News
Channel and the BBC’s One O’clock News. Her first book, Dare to
Tri, charted her journey from the Breakfast sofa to representing
the Great Britain Triathlon team in her age-group at World and
European Championships. Her second book published by Bloomsbury in
May will also reflect her passion for celebrating women’s
extraordinary stories.
Rachel Joyce
Rachel Joyce is the author of
the Sunday Times and international bestsellers The Unlikely
Pilgrimage of Harold Fry and The Love Song of Miss Queenie
Hennessy. Her latest book Maureen Fry and the Angel of the North
completes this trilogy. Her books have sold over five million
copies worldwide and The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry was
shortlisted for the Commonwealth Book prize and longlisted for the
Man Booker Prize. It is now a major film starring Jim Broadbent and
Penelope Wilton.

It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
