Ready for a night of brain-bending fun that’s sharper than a double-edged sword of wit? Come join us at the Philosophy Slam, where deep thoughts meet deep laughs, hosted by none other than philosophers Mark Vernon and Robert Rowland Smith. Imagine a world where existential dilemmas and moral quandaries are unpacked with the same fervour as a stand-up comedy routine – that’s what we’re serving up.

You’ll laugh, you’ll think, and you’ll definitely question the meaning of everything. So grab a drink, bring your best ‘What’s the meaning of life?’ jokes, and prepare for an evening where Socrates meets sarcasm. It’s philosophy, but with a twist – because let’s face it, if you can’t laugh at the absurdity of existence, what can you laugh at?

Great event as always, wasn't keen on the interviewer but Cathi's content was excellent and provided insight into a fascinating period.
