Originally from Mainland China, he is a master of spices and flavours. He'll be presenting to you his signature fusion of Chinese and southeast Asian inspired dishes. Enjoy dishes like Fried spicy chicken Bao, Prawn pomelo salad, Beef rendang, Grill lemongrass chicken, Fish fragrant aubergine... finishing off with a refreshing Lemon passion fruit macaroon layer cake with fresh berries.
