Entry Requirements: * Upon arrival at the venue, you must present your email confirmation, the card used for purchasing the tickets, and a valid scannable ID (passport, driving license, or any government-approved ID), as this is an 18+ event. * All patrons are subject to pocket and bag checks upon entry. 3. Venue Entrance Guidelines: * The ticket holder must adhere to the venue's entrance guidelines, which include but are not limited to: age restrictions (Over 18s) intoxication levels * Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission at the discretion of the door staff and security team. 4. Changes and Cancellations: * Entertainment, acts, and timings may be subject to change without prior notice. * Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission due to failure to comply with the venue's entrance guidelines. * Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the organizers. * Tickets are non-transferable between dates. 5. Photography and Media: * By purchasing this ticket, you grant permission for photos and videos to be taken during the event, which may be used for promotional purposes by the event organizers. 6. 4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
