Tucked away in the ever growing cosmopolitan jungle that is Ancoats is Underland. A converted abattoir that aims to provide a multipurpose, cross cultural arts and music space just out of the city centre. The idea behind this Manchester club is to create a a platform for young up-and-coming artists and musicians to play and showcase their talent alongside the best in the world. Expect art exhibitions, live music events, unique DJs and regular club nights.

Decorated with up-beat, effortlessly cool street art, Underworld is simply a work in progress. Not in terms of the structure, but the venue literally changes and evolves as new exhibitions and club nights come through to use it as a canvas for their creative concepts and ideas. A great concept from the guys that brought us Antwerp Mansion, which echoes throughout this Ancoats venue.
