Champions of charming eats and splendid drinks, Tea 42 are taking their NQ philosophy to the Gay Village.
MCR 42 will echo the NQ branch in its style and demure attitude but with a much more dark and brooding edge for it's city centre location. You can expect all of the traditional trimmings like leather lounging, stylish décor and drop light features to make this space a slice of contemporary city cool. The new venue will take over a 19th Century 2 floor corner plot where a decadent conversion project is underway.
Across this 2 floor pad will be a restaurant, basement lounge with a bar space to emulate the laid back drinking and dining physique of its Northern Quarter counterpart. MCR 42 will also boast a walk-in wine fridge and 'snug' area to create an utterly relaxing vibe, as well as a dressing room area. Urban chic and charming elegance will define this new venture from Tea 42.
