Taking the place of what once was Choice Bar and Restaurant, craft beer connoisseurs and London brand Craftbrew take to this Castlefield plot for their second liquid venture in the city, following on from Salford Quays supping. Transforming the space into a simplistic yet subtly industrial destination, Craftbrew will be a hearty restaurant bar churning up a selection of top notch British dishes, all paired and alongside a selection of international craft beers and selected wines.
What we say:
Whilst know that craft beer isn't exactly hard to come by in Manchester, some might say that good craft beer is another matter. Already proving their worth on the London liquid scene, and with Salford Quays schmoozers already singing its praises, we're excited to see when Craftbrew can bring to a destination like Castlefield. Especially if their interiors mimic that of their Salford Quays spot; let's just say that we're suckers for brushed steel and raw woodwork. But then again, isn't that a Manchester standard?
