Description
Bollibar is an elegant cocktail bar based in Manchester's newest Indian restaurant, Asha's. The bar will be run by two award wining bartenders and will boast an exquisite cocktail menu full of spice-infused drinks and quirky creations.
Award winning bartender James Jones and Nightjar bar manager Marian Beke have been roped in by the team behind Asha's to create a cocktail menu that perfectly embodies the mood of the restaurant and that's capable of competing with the best. One of the first drinks placed on the menu was the Strawberry Passion, a concoction made using vodka, strawberry liqueur and an array of fresh fruit. With bagfuls of flavour, their selection of cocktails will definitely be pleasing on the eyes and will balance out the taste of the restaurant's modern, Indian dishes.
