Fancy a taste of the sweet life?
Get buzzed for our Honeyworks Taster Events as part of The Manchester Flower Festival! We'll be hosting a bee-keeping experience, situated up on our secret rooftop garden, followed by a tasting session with Decorrum & a cocktail masterclass at Floripa!
Meet our expert beekeeper Damson from Hive5, and begin your training, all in the floral setting of our newly refreshed rooftop garden! Check out our rooftop bees and take a peek at an internal glass hive where you'll spot the queen, along with her baby bees and all the worker bees.
Then it's time to taste the fruits of their labour - we're talking honey! Decorrum is a multi award-winning Spiced Rum made with actual Printworks honey. You're invited for a tasting of this quintessentially British Rum using British Sugar Cane and only 7 locally sourced natural ingredients, including our honey!
Once you've wet your appetite, you'll head down to our Brazilian Bar, Floripa, to mix-up some brilliant bee-themed cocktails! You'll be shown all the shaking tips & tricks to master the art of cocktail making with their mixologists, then you can get creative to make a Decorrum cocktail tailored just for you!
Finish the evening out on Floripa’s terrace area, with a lovely view of our bee garden planters, and enjoy the sunset with your personalised bee bevs!
All ticket sales will be raising money for Forever Manchester to help support the great work they do funding over a 1000 community projects across Greater Manchester each year.

T&Cs
1. The Printworks Honeyworks Taster Events will run on Friday 26th May with sessions at 4pm and 5pm and Saturday 27th May with sessions at 12pm and 1pm. Tickets will be available to purchase through the app for each specific session which will last 2 hours. The events will start with a bee keeping experience located in the rooftop garden, then a tasting session with Decorrum and a cocktail masterclass at Floripa.
2. The beekeeping experience will include some training with our beekeeper, photo opportunities, and viewing an internal glass hive to see the bees. If bad weather we may reposition the beekeeping activity indoors if needed.
3. Each customer will receive 2 drinks tokens to make or enjoy 2 cocktails in Floripa. If any customers don't get the chance to make both drinks they can swap their tokens for cocktails at the bar.
4. This event is for over 18s only. All attendees must please bring valid photo ID.
5. There is no alcohol to be consumed prior to the event. If we suspect you are under the influence of alcohol upon arrival, you will not be able to partake in the beekeeping element on the roof and will only be allowed to attend the cocktail masterclass at Floripa. There is strictly no smoking on the rooftop including e-cigarettes.
6. Please notify us in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies.
7. Printworks will provide a videographer/photography to capture the event. By attending this event, all guests give consent for filming and photography as part of the terms of entry for the venues.
9. If you can no longer attend the event, please let us know so we can re-allocate your ticket. Refunds cannot be guaranteed but we will try to accommodate if we can resell your ticket. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

11. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
12. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venues.
13. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
14. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
15. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
