It's great to see the Cooper Street Quarter being recognised as an up and coming drinking destination, by new businesses and liquid lovers alike. And while yes, Manchester already has something of a magnitude of wine bars, our thoughts are seriously swaying to the idea of lounging about on the mezzanine, glass of international wine in hand, and then another, and then yes, another.
