Description
A dedicated whisky bar has opened in the former site of Coopers in Chorlton; Cask and Kiln has more than 60 brands of whisky, including bottles from Scotland, Japan and America.
The bar also stocks a rich selection of beers, with a choice of 35 bottled beers and brews such as ABC, Track and Runaway on the line. For gin aficionados, there is 15 different brands in stock with plans to expand on that, and they also serve a range of cocktails. Interiors-wise, the bar is stripped back and simple, with exposed brick walls, a sopranos pinball machine, and an ode to Manchester's bee motif in hanging frames.
