What we say:
Details are sparse when it comes to Sakana, so we dare not speculate; but what appears to be clear is that not only will the venue be inherently forward when it comes to their collection of Pan Asian cuisine, but they're making a bee line for some truly bespoke bottles of sake to stock behind the bar. Looking for a little more information than that? We completely understand, so why not come back at a later time as we'll be stocking up on more, for sure.
