Gaucho’s swish new cocktail space offers a relaxing atmosphere during the day and something much more vibrant after-dark. The team at this swanky Argentinian steakhouse wanted to maximise the potential of their Deansgate dwelling, expanding the venue to around double in size and kitting the new space out with the familiar mix of black leather and white marble.

Already widely recognised as one of the finest steak restaurants in the North West, Gaucho hits heady new summits with this classy new extension. The venue has poured its energy into creating an opulent space and they’ve been handsomely rewarded; the new bar looks an excellent choice for a few Argentinian cocktails and a bit of a dance later in the evening.
