Freshly opened in East Didsbury, Expo Lounge is a quirky new cafe bar located on Wilmslow Road. Part of the Bristol based family of neighbourhood eateries 'The Lounges', Expo Lounge offers a homely, slightly eccentric environment for locals looking for an informal bite to eat, a coffee or even cocktails. Open from early morning until late at night, Expo Lounge covers all bases with a full brunch menu as well as a tempting range of dogs, burgers, sandwiches and tapas - as well as a good selection of beers, ciders, wine and reasonably priced cocktails.

Hurray! This is what East Didsbury has been missing. Bohemian in spirit and extremely community minded, Expo Lounge looks set to settle in nicely with East Didsbury locals of all ages, offering a welcome respite to the area's countless pubs and chain bars. With board games and newspapers available for all to enjoy, as well as a brilliant kids' menu, Expo Lounge offers the kind of home from home environment to which you could take the family and kill a few hours while you enjoy the tempting selection of treats on offer. Oh, and did we mention the cakes...
